who I work with

Most of my clients fall into three categories:

Residential Intentional Communities. I’ve supported communities in every stage of their development, from consensus trainings and help developing functional social systems to coaching founding groups and helping groups do a “midlife reboot”.

Worker Owned Cooperatives. Most of my work with Co-ops has been helping them reorganize when they’ve had leadership challenges, advising on human resources, and supporting decision-making and power-sharing systems and skills development.

Progressive Nonprofits with a social justice or sustainability focus. I’ve facilitated strategic planning, and done a variety of trainings for nonprofits. I have over 15 years of accumulated nonprofit executive experience (including working with shared leadership models) to draw on.
